We bring clarity to the service profiles, their specification and evaluation parameters, identify efficient strategic suppliers and service providers at an early stage and create clarity about roles and interfaces.

Implement contracting model

The commitment of strategic suppliers ranges from technical components, integrators and construction partners to the implementation of energy supply models and operating services.

EXAVY manages supplier onboarding right through to the operational phase, from the preliminary inquiry to the framework agreement. We support the design and review of technical contracts and the integration of funding programs. Our assignment ends when the project is equipped with power and energy and is up and running.

Operate contracting model

Every project requires a structured handover process to the operator and monitoring of critical key performance indicators in the asset service and sustainable, transparent contract management.

EXAVY also controls the supplier management process during the operational phase and monitors relevant KPIs. We support the fulfillment of legal requirements for the supply chain and reporting. We monitor the quality of suppliers and identify opportunities, improvements and alternatives.
