Based in Leipzig, EXAVY supports the entire life cycle of modern network infrastructures – from the initial idea and feasibility study to financing and organizational development. EXAVY offers and integrates a wide range of services along the value chain from project development and planning to the ready-to-build concept, integrates financing models and subsidies and manages operation and contracting. The focus is on heat, electricity and fiber optic networks, which are being developed as the backbone of a climate-neutral and digital society. EXAVY relies on an efficient network of partners and suppliers for planning, construction and operation. It also advises project partners and customers on energy solutions, communication networks, funding management and sustainability.

Founder profile – Dr. Daniel Reinhard Kilper
Dr. Daniel Reinhard Kilper is an experienced entrepreneur, consultant and financial expert with over 25 years of experience in building, managing and transforming companies in the infrastructure sector. His career combines in-depth controlling and cost structure expertise with the ability to develop viable, practical business models from strategic concepts and scale them sustainably.
Since 2015, he has been CEO of Exavy GmbH / Exavy Ltd, where he develops infrastructure projects with a focus on the energy and digital economy. Since 2015, he has also managed aastrix GmbH, a Leipzig-based company specializing in the development, planning and implementation of complex infrastructure projects for telecommunications, heating and electricity.
Previously, he was EMEA Finance Director at Tangoe and Managing Director of the German subsidiary (formerly oneTEM GmbH), which he successfully built up as a co-founder and integrated into the US group in 2013 as part of a company sale. Previous positions include the management of accuratis Unternehmensberatung, senior controlling roles at Deutsche LandTel GmbH and activities as an investment manager in the private equity environment.
Strong in implementation, structured, security-conscious, practice-oriented, transparent and open to innovation – characteristics that make him a reliable partner for investors and KRITIS operators.
